Amira Ayim
(Assistant Coach)
Amira began her tennis journey through the Butterfly Tennis Club Bursary Programme at the age of 15. Since then, she has shown remarkable growth — not only in her playing ability but in her confidence, mindset, and leadership.
Initially quiet and reserved, Amira embraced the opportunity to learn, train, and develop within a supportive environment. Through consistent effort and dedication, she has worked hard to improve her game — particularly focusing on the mental side of tennis: building her self-belief, developing a growth mindset, and learning how to stay motivated under pressure.
In 2025, Amira successfully completed her LTA Level One Coaching Qualification, becoming a fantastic role model for younger players on the programme. Today, she is proud to serve as a female advocate within our community, helping to inspire and support other girls to get involved in tennis, coaching, and personal development.
Amira’s journey is a shining example of what’s possible when talent meets opportunity. We’re incredibly proud of the young woman she’s becoming — both on and off the court.
